Team Photos - Summer 2025

Thanks for your interest in my team photography services for your team.

Here is some information about my services…

I do not currently charge a sitting fee. I usually make my sales by having the parents order their print packages/products online from my website. About 3-4 days after the photo session, photo proofs will be viewable on my website.  Parents who have provided their email addresses/cell number via the team manager/rep or who have self registered, will receive an email once their child's photos are available for viewing. I ask the managers to provide me with a team roster (that includes parent contact info) prior to the photo session.  With this information, I enter it into my system, generate unique QR codes and prepare everything for picture day.  If your team(s) would like to make some other arrangement (eg. if the team will be paying for photos) I would be happy to discuss that further. My style of team and individual photography is likely much different from what you may have seen with other photographers. I currently offer two styles of sessions... 

1. A Template Session (see a behind the scenes video below), in which I take individual photos (multiple poses) of each player and staff, in an INDOOR venue of your choosing , and then build custom, branded composites from them, using pre-designed templates.  Any suitable venue (eg. school gym, community centre, banquet hall, clubhouse) may be used but the team manager is responsible for making those arrangements.  Again this year, I offer teams a choice of multiple styles of templates for the season to choose from.  The team must pick one style that will be used for everyone.  This season’s styles can be seen here.​
2. A Conventional Session, where team and individual photos are taken OUTDOORS on the field. Although I will certainly accommodate this type of session request, it is not preferred as it is heavily weather dependent.

Total time for a photo session is about 30-45 minutes.

Also, note that a FREE high-resolution digital download of the team photo will be available for download from my online store after picture day.
