Thanks for your interest in my team photography services for your team.

Here is some information about my services…

I do not charge a sitting fee. I usually make my sales by having the parents order their print packages/products online from my website. About 3-4 days after the photo session, photo proofs will be viewable on my website.  Parents who have provided their email addresses/cell number via the team manager or who have self registered, will receive an email once their child's photos are available for viewing. I have the managers provide me with a team roster (that includes parent contact info) prior to the photo session.  With this information, I enter it into my system, generate unique QR codes and prepare everything for picture day.  If your team(s) would like to make some other arrangement (eg. if the team will be paying for photos) I would be happy to discuss that further. You should know up front that my style of team and individual photography is likely much different than what you may have seen with other photographers.  In my Template Session (see a behind the scenes video below), I take individual photos (multiple poses) of each player and staff and then build custom, branded composites from them.  If  a team wants a conventional, on-ice team photo to be taken, I will certainly accommodate that request. However this usually requires more time on the ice. Total time for photos is about 40 minutes for a template session, and close to an hour for the smoke and lights session.

Because of my unique approach to creating your team photos, I am able to take the photos either on the ice during your practice time, OR OFF ICE, at any suitable venue (eg. school gym, community centre, banquet hall) but the team manager is responsible for making those arrangements. A dressing room at the rink is NOT a suitable venue for these types of sessions (ie. template sessions).

Again this year, I offer teams a choice of multiple styles of templates for the season to choose from.  The team must pick one style that will be used for everyone.  This season’s styles can be seen here.

Also, note that a FREE high-resolution digital download of the team photo will be available for download from my online store after picture day.

"Smoke and Lights" Session
NEW FOR 2023-24 

In addition to the template photo session described above, this year I am offering what I call a "Smoke and Lights" session.  In this on ice photo session I make use of simulated stadium lights along with atmospheric smoke and colored accent lights to create a unique and dramatic photo for the players.  (see sample)  This session will only be offered to U10 teams and above who have 1.5 hours of ice time to dedicate to the photo session as the process simply takes a bit longer to complete.  For this type of session, a conventional on-ice team photo is also taken.  Product pricing is no different for this type of session.  See samples below.
